🚨 NCAOC July 2026 Forms Update

Important Changes to Bond Forfeiture Forms

The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) has released revised criminal forms that affect procedures used throughout North Carolina courts.

Key updates for licensed bail agents include:

AOC-CR-213 – Bond Forfeiture Notice

A new option has been added allowing service by ICMS/File & Serve using an email address of record for specified recipients.

AOC-CR-408 – Order Striking Failure to Appear

The revised form removes language concerning certain bond forfeitures initiated before December 1, 2022.
